Our fudge

Our fudge is handcut and packed in a labelled cellophane bag. 
Price: £3.00 for a 120g bag.
Clotted Cream Fudge

A traditional flavour, made with a generous helping of clotted cream sourced from Bere Dairy, near Southwick, Hampshire.  

Ingredients: Sugar, clotted cream (21%) (milk), butter (milk), golden syrup.
May contain traces of nuts.

Coffee and Walnut Fudge

Coffee and walnut together are an ideal pairing. We use Fairtrade coffee in our fudge and walnuts provide contrast and crunch.

Ingredients: Sugar, double cream (milk), butter (milk), walnuts (15%), golden syrup, water, soluble coffee.
May also contain traces of other nuts.

Rum and Raisin Fudge

For adults only! This fudge is infused with dark rum, soaked up by juicy raisins. 

Ingredients: Sugar, double cream (milk), butter (milk), golden syrup, raisins (12%), rum (4%).
May contain traces of nuts.
Salted Pecan Fudge

A combination particularly enjoyed by our customers. The Cornish sea salt and the roasted pecans give lovely contrasts.

Ingredients: Sugar, double cream (milk), butter (milk), golden syrup, pecan nuts (12%), sea salt.
May also contain traces of other nuts.

Stem Ginger Fudge

Especially made for all those who love ginger flavours. We use finely chopped stem ginger to give out maximum warmth!

Ingredients: Sugar, double cream (milk), butter (milk), golden syrup, stem ginger (6%).
May contain traces of nuts.

Vanilla Fudge

A firm favourite. Sometimes the simple things are the best! 

Ingredients: Sugar, double cream (milk), butter (milk), golden syrup, vanilla flavouring (<1%).
May contain traces of nuts.
